Knan Lee, M.Ed.,E-RYT-500 is recognized by Yoga Alliance and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is also a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer capable of prescribing an individualized fitness program to meet your specific health issues.
Knan has studied and practiced yoga since 1978 and will share her knowledge and provide guidance in establishing your yoga practice.
Knan can also assist you in goal setting and coach you towards life changing goals that may have thus far been elusive. Through her motivational and energetic guidance she will assist in making your fitness dream goals into reality.
Knan Lee, dba, Healthy Hearts Fitness and OcalaYoga.com has answered the requests of her students and having outgrown the yoga studio in her Log home is now offering her students a beautiful new facility on the south west corner of her 10 acres. In addition to Private lessons, Knan can now offer classes. After much consideration the new studio has been named WIND HORSE
after the Tibetan Buddhist belief the Wind Horse (Lung-ta) who brings peace, luck and good fortune. It is believed that the Wind Horse can also take a self-centered individual and bring him to look inward and grow spiritually.
Soon a Labyrinth will be added on the grounds at Wind Horse to encourage our students to enjoy walking meditation/reflection before or after class in our beautiful quiet surroundings.
